Amy-Ruth Asamoah, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides compassionate, patient-centered care. She works with adults, supporting a wide range of mental health needs through a thoughtful, individualized approach.

She has been a nurse since 2015, with experience in the ICU, during the COVID-19 pandemic, and in high-acuity psychiatric outpatient settings. These experiences have strengthened her clinical skills and deepened her understanding of what it truly means to show up for someone in their most vulnerable moments.

Her approach focuses on understanding each patient’s story and working collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that fits their life. She does not take a one-size-fits-all approach and is not focused on pushing medications, but instead prioritizes individualized care.

She is committed to creating a space where patients are met with compassion, patience, and zero judgment from the moment they reach out.
