Melody Perlberg, PA-C, DMSc, CAQ-Psych is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in psychiatry, with over a decade of experience delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Hofstra University and later completed her Doctor of Medical Science degree in Clinical Leadership at A.T. Still University.

She is certified by the NCCPA with a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Psychiatry and holds a federal waiver to prescribe buprenorphine for opioid use disorder. Her clinical interests include psychopharmacology, treatment-resistant depression, and addiction medicine.
